International Day of Workers

  It is also known as Labour Day in some countries and often referred to as May Day, is a celebration of labourers and the working classes that is promoted by the international labour movement and occurs every year on May Day (1 May).

  In order to hearten more juvenile voters to participate in the political procedure,  Government of India has decided to honour January 25 every year as "National Voters' Day" (Hindi: राष्ट्रीय मतदाता दिवस).
