Chairman's Message

CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE

Fundamental rights enshrined in the constitution of India, can be enforced in a court of law and equal to all citizens irrespective of language or ideological differences or place or religion.

Whether it be minorities or majority, from Kashmir to kanyakumari, the fundamental rights read with fundamental duties, also part of constitution of India, shall be implemented throughout the country without discrimination.
Right of a person, cannot override the rights of other individuals. In the name of freedom of speech, you cannot use offensive against whom you dislike. Minority rights are also subject to giving respect to the majority. Assassinations/killings/kidnapped by certain elements justifying in the name of natural justice is deplorable. Law cannot be taken into one’s hands in the name of demand for justice.

A biased stance, against certain class of people cannot be termed human rights.
At times, it all needs sacrifice from individuals for sake of Society, or for that matter Nation. Many great leaders ended their lives for the sake of society. Rights cannot be narrow in sense, and have a broader approach. We achieved freedom by sacrifice of great leaders like Subhash Chandra Bose, Veer Savarkar, Bal Gangadhar Tilak.. and of course our Bapu Mahatma Gandhi led the struggle to the end. Let’s upkeep our freedom and keep our nation high in the world.

Bharat Mata Ki jai.
