  CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE Fundamental rights enshrined in the constitution of India, can be enforced in a court of law and equal to all citizens irrespective of language or ideological differences or place or religion. Whether it be minorities or majority, from Kashmir to kanyakumari, the fundamental rights read with fundamental duties, also part of constitution of India, shall be implemented throughout the country without discrimination. Right of a person, cannot override the rights of other individuals. In the name of freedom of speech, you cannot use offensive against whom you dislike. Minority rights are also subject to giving respect to the majority. Assassinations/killings/kidnapped by certain elements justifying in the name of natural justice is deplorable. National Science Day

  It is welcomed in India on 28 February each year to mark the learning of the Raman effect by Indian physicist Sir C. V. Raman in 1928. For his finding, Sir C.V.
